Once you have formed the triangle, use a large iron to iron the fabric. Be gentle as you don't want to scorch the fabric. Once the iron has dried, use a heat press to press the fabric down so that you can get the dye on the fabric. Once the shirt is done being ironed, you will need to take special care to only put the dye on one side of the fabric at a time. You want to be sure to only put the dye on one side of the shirt because when you go back to the main part of the fabric, the dye might start to run.
